Center for Holistic Healing based on the development of the International Academy for Regulation Medicine and Consciousness Research (INAKARB)
The design is based on the sacred geometry of the flower of life, a rotunda inscribed in the flower of life for the SPA, 12 wings of hortigardens and academy rooms, and a pyramid which enters from the top into the building as a merkaba.

Schönerwalde eco-settlement
The settlement project presents a novel and sustainable living and working concept that
is groundbreaking for urban development, architecture, and municipal infrastructure. The proximity to Berlin is important for this model project: good examples should be seen. The settlement in the sparse forest stands out from greenfield projects by utilizing existing buildings in a mature, natural environment.

to the triple tower of world community
When the World Trade Center was bombed the world was under shock. A hole belief system fell down and the void which was left by the Twin Towers was more than a wound in the city of New York.
This concept of the Triple Tower of world community had in mind that the Twin Tower was bombed, because economic and spiritual differences and the belief pattern behind
those potential conflicts. The concept for the “Eco Skyscraper is based on a new concept concerning economy, community and spirit.
Ecological Highrise
Sebastian Wagner and his team were honored with the prestigious International Academy of Architecture IAA winning prize in 2001 for their groundbreaking concept of a bioclimatic skyscraper. Rising 500 meters into the skyline, this innovative design is anchored by three robust columns, seamlessly connected by a network of horizontal and diagonal structures. The façade a striking glass-like skin, incorporating hanging gardens that not only enhance aesthetic appeal but also biodiversity within the urban environment. Additionally, the integration of a wind power station within the façade showcases a commitment to sustainable energy solutions, making the building a beacon of eco-friendly architecture. Wagner's visionary approach stands as a testament to the future of urban living marrying functionality with environmental responsibility.

Stattbad Berlin-Wedding
The owner of the former Stattbad Wedding needed a concept for the further development of the plot. SWA International developed a large range of usage for the client. At the end he was able to sell the property which he bought for appr. €250,000 for more than €8M.
