Basement
The basement is including 6 water sources which are deeply integrated into the wateruse of the property, partly as gray water, partly for the gardens on site and on the roofs. At the same moment artists are invited for creating water installations.
3rd Floor
The property is divided into 4 private and 2 public yards. The private spaces contain gardens and waterplays.
Roof
The roof is 90% green and part of a private/urban concept, which is producing fresh vegetables on site and offers them to the people on site in the "Hofladen"
