Residential Loft 6 Berlin
The attic maisonette apartment is located on three levels of a Berlin architectural monument - the former Lichtenberg community school, built in 1911.
By combining the former auditorium with the attic above, as well as an additional room on one of the floors below, a spacious living space with a total of four rooms was created, covering approximately 196 m². Ceiling heights of up to approximately 4 m also create a spacious, loft-like feel.
The heart of the apartment is the impressive, over 100 m² living, kitchen, and dining area, which features a fitted kitchen with a cooking island, ample space for a large dining table, a living area with a real wood-burning fireplace, and plenty of space to relax. Directly adjacent to this is an east-facing balcony with expansive views. Directly adjacent is another room that can be used as a children's room, study, or guest room.
The master bedroom is located on the top floor and includes a free-standing bathtub, walk-in dressing room, en-suite bathroom with rain shower and separate toilet area.
There's also a guest shower room. Furthermore, the property offers a separate study on the second mezzanine level, accessible via the staircase, a storage room, a utility area, and a tool shed in the garden, providing ample storage space.
The loft, located in the condominium, has a large communal garden in the courtyard, which is ideal for playing, barbecuing, or celebrating together.

Residential Loft 7 Berlin
Areas of the 1910 community school are characterized by oversized staircases, which make sense for a school but take up valuable living space. A conflict between historic preservation and adaptable use has been created through transparent solutions that create interesting interstices.

Residential Cube Berlin
The cube is the common center of the residential complex and serves as a garden meeting point, exhibition space, guest room and common room.
It was designed according to the principles of the Platonic solids and is based on Bauhaus-oriented spatial and intellectually rational minimalism.
